Private Parking - Balcony - Comfort & Light

The apartment located on the last floor in the building. Very sunny, sizeable, cleaned, well equipped. Not far from old city next to local market.

This could be a good place but the private parking was taken by someone and we were just advised to leave notes, park somewhere else and be ready to move. So, we were checking all the time in case we had to walk back to the place. No solutions were offered such as alternative parking places. It was basically “that’s bad but not our fault”. We then got to the appt and it stank of cigarette smoke. It took several messages and a day to get them to drop something to try and deal with it. Their reaction was “we will let our team know (I.e. for the future) and raise it with the old tenants”. None of this helped us though and the place still smelled strongly of smoking when we left. They eventually offered a late check out as “compensation” but, to be honest, again, this did not help much during our stay. So, could be good but be aware that the listing is not as it seems. Smoking seems tolerated and the parking may not materialize.
