Lovely, warm and comfy apartment!!

住宿很温馨舒适，设施一应俱全，马丁就住在隔壁，响应迅速，耐心和我讲解了洗衣房的操作，非常周到；入住和停车都很方便，隔壁就是蔡徐坤街，开车去市中心也快。

My wife and I loved staying in Martin's studio apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very convenient to the events and locations we wanted to visit in Dunedin. We loved reading about the history of the building and noting the various features of the spacious interior that reflect the building's past as well as enjoying the current modern facilities. It was a pleasure to return to our home each evening after a busy day in Dunedin and its surrounding area. Martin, our host was warm and welcoming, both in person and prior to our stay. We especially appreciated his attention to detail with labelling in the apartment that made use of the property so much easier and guest information about the local area. He really has thought of everything a traveller could want. Highly recommended to others and we hope to return ourselves next time we visit Dunedin.

This apartment is lovely, very clean, tidy and spacious with a very comfortable bed. An easy 10 minute walk to Botanic Gardens, good pizza and the best bagels you will find. Martin is a wonderful host and you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved staying slightly out of the CBD for a more relaxed getaway.
