About this house rental
A very sunny, warm and tidy house that easily accommodates 5 people with a Queen Room and a bunk room (2 bunk beds plus single bed). We also have a port-a-cot so if you are happy to squeeze in we are happy to accommodate extra guests (just let me know so I can set up). Open plan living with tidy fully functional kitchen. Free parking at the door. Brand new bathroom and laundry installed in June 2026.

Warm clean and handy. Great place for a family who needs a base to stay while in Dunedin. Our 3yr old loved the top bunk.

Small but comfortable unit in a great location with amenities etc close by. Kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils & plates etc but for a short stay it wasn't really an issue.
