Height of Dunedin boasts a sunny, 44 square metre detached guesthouse in a lovely peaceful and tranquil hideaway. Perfect for honeymooners or a small family yet only 6 minutes away is Roslyn with an award-winning restaurant, cafes, day spa, pharmacy, winebar, artisan shops and supermarket. All this at 350 metres above sea level guarantees some snow falls during winter and beautiful picturesque surroundings.

The family friendly cabin features a spacious living/ dining or second sleeping area with king-single bed. A separate bedroom has a comfortable queen bed along with a pillow menu and extra blankets. Portacot or quality innerspring wool-top toddler mattress (70x130cm) can be added (additional cost). There is an additional single bed and brand-new double-size memory foam sofa-bed that can be made for you in the lounge. The bathroom, accessed through the bedroom, has an Airstream shower for a refreshing rain-like escape. Packed with complimentary toiletries and extra towels.

The laundry is in the host’s home so for bookings made via this website we offer a free wash and dry laundry service - 1 small load per 24 hours. Thereafter charges apply: $12 per small load. We also have a Liquid Card for Liquid Laundromats within 10 minutes drive if you have a larger load you wish to do yourself.

There is a small kitchenette suitable for heating up food with a microwave and the sun-drenched secluded patio has barbeque facilities. Self-catering continental breakfast provisions can be ordered and delivered prior to your arrival, ready for you to prepare at your leisure $14 per person, per night.
