Fairly clean.
Listing was too good to be true, I had a feeling it was based on the price. It should have specified on the booking ad that the hot tub was shared with three units. Not sound proof, understandable. Parking space for the unit is cramped if using a large vehicle such as a ute. I would have been fine paying more if it had its own hot tub.

We loved the location. So close to everything. We walked in and it just smelt clean and WAS clean. It was so cute and just what we needed. A gorgeous wee kitchen with everything we needed with a glorious gas hob - a seperate bathroom with a washing machine too!! Good for when you have wet clothing or towels (extra towels are provided) from the hot tub. Comfy couches. Dining room table. Everything you could need!!! Thankyou so much Mike and Devon. We will be back.

I liked how everything was compact
It smelled of curry as soon as you walked in and being in such a small space the spa was not clean doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a long time and the heat pump wasn't working too good so I had to clean the filters in it which looked like they have never been done.
