The lot as it exceeded my needs . Dishwasher washing machine and dryer full kitchen appliances and utensils.

Fairly clean.
Listing was too good to be true, I had a feeling it was based on the price. It should have specified on the booking ad that the hot tub was shared with three units. Not sound proof, understandable. Parking space for the unit is cramped if using a large vehicle such as a ute. I would have been fine paying more if it had its own hot tub.

I liked how everything was compact
It smelled of curry as soon as you walked in and being in such a small space the spa was not clean doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a long time and the heat pump wasn't working too good so I had to clean the filters in it which looked like they have never been done.
