Firstly they have done renovations and there are two separate bedrooms as well as a separate lounge, separate kitchen & separate bathroom & laundry. This place is what we've always wanted to find when staying away from home. Roomy, clean, private, comfy, great views of Dunedin city - we absolutely loved it.
Maybe add a clothes hook/hanger in the first bedroom. The other bedroom has a wardrobe.

Breakfast, coffee, cleanliness, comfort and thought were much appreciated. Muchas gracias.
The clock in the room was not on time but very loud. I would recommend removing or turning off and leaving as decoration as it's hard to sleep with it.

The place was warm and clean with the heatpump already switched on when we arrived. The provided basic breakfast items were a nice touch, and towels were provided.
"Two bedrooms" is a stretch. There is one bedroom, with a bed in the lounge. The photos are purposefully misleading. This certainly wouldn't be ideal for some travellers.
