It was easy to find, all directions were exact, accommodation was exceptional and we loved our stay. Water pressure was amazing. We had everything we could possibly need, there were extra charges for electronic equipment, even needle and cotton. Restaurants, supermarket, fish and chip shop, chemist were only two minutes walk away…hilly area but all of Dunedin is hilly. I use a walking stick and could walk to the shops without a problem. It’s a pity we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again if back in the area. Thank you John and Marie.

We had a fantastic stay at this very well appointed little house. The location was great but we definitely needed our car to get around the city. Very handy having the supermarket next door and coffee shops etc a two minute walk away. Communication with the property owners was excellent. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

The hosts thought of everything. Dunedin is notoriously cold in winter, and the heat pumps were more than ample in keeping us warm. Even so, if we were on the chilly side, there were electric blankets, heaters in each bed room and extra quilts. The space is large and uncluttered. Enough room for everyone to have their own space if needed. A tub and a shower, basic amenities provided. There is a piano too.
Really everything was lovely and satisfactory.
