Everything was clean and tidy. The heat pumps and oil heaters made it very cost. It was close enough to everything we needed and easy to drive to and from. Night and day , subway etc all close.
The shower gave me a fright the first time as it looked like it wasn't going to drain, but it did and was ok. Locking and unlocking the door was a trick, I got it on the last day. Luckily hubby could do it.

Very comfortable beds and although close to Kaikorai Valley Rd surprisingly quiet. Excellent shower and kitchen very workable. We caught the local bus to town which saved parking and proved efficient. Nice walk up Glenross St to Ellis Park. Good Convenience Store nearby and walkable. We could safely “house” our ebikes inside because of hard flooring. Helpful.
The two red bucket chairs took up quite a lot of room.
