The resident staff, very nice and kind. He allowed us to check out real late, and even then to stay and use the kitchen to prepare and have our brunch. We will be back just because of how nice he was to us.

The owner who we had to almost threat of giving bad review to get the only heater in the room which was faulty get replaced. It was freezing cold morning, cold enough to make my kids sick, who are born here by the way, so serious cold. Owners answer was you do t need heater anyway cause it's summer! Now to put it to perspective, it's New Zealand where it can be summer in the morning and winter at night, it's Dunedin, and it had been stormy and raining for good few days before and on the day! And the house is decent but old with not enough insulation as it felt and in the shadow of a mountain! It was bone chilling cold. Another thing is the lack of proper visible signage, needed good 10 minutes and asking people to get in even when we were parked at the property!
