Apartment modern, perfect for family or group of friends and with perfect location. The staff was extremely available for questions and provided clear instructions timely. Absolutely recommended.
Pros and cons of being on the ground floor. For us it was one of the requirements for a family members with difficulties of climbing stairs, so we were very happy about it.

The location and the fact that it had two bedrooms and a coffee machine.
The hot water was not turned on and no explained about the switch to turn it on. We are from Switzerland and have never experienced having to turn on a switch for hot water. The water pressure in the shower was not great.

Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, modern furniture . Easy for taxi, bus or walking to royal mile. Lovely cafe as a neighbour although their sandwiches and food was delivered too late for breakfast.
Filthy outside hall, gives bad first impression. Only 2 glasses for apartment for 4. Would have liked extra pillow.
