Ground floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 small bathroom, and a large living room with television.
Basement accessible by stairs : 1 sofa bed in a windowless room and a bathroom (shower + toilet, bathtub not usable).
You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, high chair.
The neighborhood is ideal: shops nearby (Monoprix 5 minutes away, Picard 4 minutes away), and Invalides 20 minutes away on foot. Very well served by public transportation, you can easily enjoy all of Paris.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
