About this house rental
The countryside in Paris!
Comfortable family house of 150 m2 with garden, located in Vanves in the immediate vicinity of Paris 15th/14th and the Exhibition Center in a shopping area in the immediate vicinity of the metro.
The house can accommodate up to 9 people.
Ideal for a stay with family / friends and for exhibitors at trade fairs and exhibition centres.
The accommodation
Beautiful 3-storey house, large and sunny, with 4 bedrooms, ideally located in the south of Paris, near the Parc des Expositions.
First floor: The house is newly renovated and beautifully furnished.
It opens onto a large living room with insert to rest by the fire after your days of visiting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven with microwave/heat/grill.
You will also have access to our beautiful garden with a table and a gas barbecue, to rest after your days out.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with large shower, toilet.
a music room with electronic piano and many games.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bedroom with a single XL bed (120 cm wide suitable for 2 children) and a bathroom with large shower, and separate toilet.
Semi-underground basement: a double sofa bed with a toilet and a sink. Free access to the washing machine and dryer. Room equipped with TV, DVD, CABLE TV, video games.
All necessary facilities for children are available on request (baby chair, cot, toys, children's bike, etc...)

You will have access to all our facilities.

For two weeks, our family stayed in this wonderful house in Vanves, literally just outside the city of Paris. We were 7 adults and a two-year-old. The house is conveniently located on a metro line, and the town of Vanves has everything you need, including wonderful markets for food shopping. What made this an extra special stay is that this is the actual house of the family, so we had access to a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and a dryer. Noemie is an excellent communicator, and is very warm and responsive. Our stay in Paris was cold and rainy, so we were delighted to come home each day after touring a very busy Paris to this warm and cozy house!
