Pleasant apartment and location. Good city access. Perhaps a little overpriced.

Host very friendly and helpful and all the instructions were very clear. Pleasant enough location and as described (close to Metro). A couple of good restaurants nearby.

Apartment is very noisy when the windows are open and is a bit small for more than 2 people. Parking very tight. Bedding and mattress could be improved.

Really great stay & easy access to the city centre.

Great location & very nice owner. All was exactly as described in the offer. Late check-in possibility with a clear description how to enter the apartment. Coffe for the coffe machine was provided for the whole stay :)

Exceptional

Nothing at all to blame. Very functional and comfortable. Just outside there is local places to dinner or have a coffee. There is a good indoor parking spot included and thereafter we just used our feet and the Metro which is placed 2 min. away. Very seldom I give 10/10 but here it’s the only thing to do.

Perfect location near a train station. Restaurants and shops nearby. Owner very responsive. Good size and nice and clean.

We had booked for 3 people but only 2 kitchen table chairs and a few small bits like dishwasher tablets were missing that could make things easier. Parking space was for a small car.

Emplacement et parking privée ! Séjour parfait

L'emplacement à côté du parc des expos, pour nous, était ce que nous recherchions en 15mn à pied! Etant exposant pendant 5 jours c'était idéal! Connaissant les bouchons autour du parc! De plus le parking privée est clairement la cerise sur le gateau ! Appartement impeccable et propre, rien à dire ! Merci à Steve et surtout à bientôt

Sur place pendant une semaine, je dirais qu'un aspirateur ou un meilleur balai aurait été parfait !

Je recommande vivement.

Apparemment confortable, sécurisé et très pratique quand on a une voiture . Le métro L 13 vous emmène à châtelet et le bus 58 juste en face pour notre dame. Tout était parfait 👍

Ubytovanie bolo blízko metra. Check in aj check out bol bez problémov. Ubytovanie bolo pekne zariadené. Posteľ bola pohodlná. Ubytovateľ reagoval rýchlo na správy. Fotky ubytovania zodpovedali skutočnosti.

Chýbala utierka na utretie riadu. Uteráky boli jemne zatuchnuté, radšej som sa utrela do svojho cestovného uteráka.

Fijne plek voor je verblijf in Parijs!

Goede 1e indruk van appartement. Prima contact met verhuurder. Dichtbij metro en dus ook zo in hartje Parijs! Ook zelf x gekookt! Knusse ruimte. Goede prijs!

Kleine details: kit rond het bad beter vervangen, plafond badkamer bladert;(, slaapbank met onderlaken wat haren op. Lampen van de woonkamer erg fel. Maar he allemaal aan te pakken. Raden het verder zeker aan!

Rénovateur appartment

Appartement propre et moderne. Équipement complet avec Wi-Fi. Proche du métro. Environnement OK.

Il n'est pas noté qu'il existe deux ascenseurs au sous-sol (2 entrées). On a mis 20 minutes à comprendre qu'on n'avait pas pris le bon. Il serait bon de le préciser car l'ascenseur est derrière une porte rouge non indiquée.

L’appartement est propre et agréable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut (draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, lave linge), au top. La place de parking vous permet de laisser votre voiture en sécurité et de visiter Paris en métro, qui est à deux pas.

vankúše mohli by byť lepšie, aj klimatizácia mohla byť už normálna, lebo keď sme boli, bolo 30 stupňov, a bolo strašné teplo. Ešte daj te si pozor na to že vjazd do garáže je dosť nízky, SUV so strešným boxom sa nemesti

Notre meilleur séjour à paris !

L'emplacement idéal avec des restos, à 10 minutes du palais des expositions, porte de Versailles, bus, métro à proximité. l'appartement remarquablement équipé, la literie parfaite, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour "comme à la maison" la sécurité est omniprésente et l'appartement très calme, on entend à peine qu'il y a des voisins. Tout est remarquablement propre. L'avantage d'avoir un parking, car à paris, ça devient hors de prix de garer ( 24€ au parking du Père la Chaise pour 3 heures) Et le plaisir de pouvoir déguster un café grâce a la délicate attention de proposer des capsules. Rien à redire.

Quand on connaît le système des deux badges...l'un pour ouvrir le portail, l'autre pour l'ascenseur ça va tout seul. Mais, au départ, on n'a pas compris l'utilisation du badge ascenseurs, et on a emprunté une autre cage d'escalier pour se retrouver à vouloir ouvrir un appartement qui ne correspondait pas à la location. Heureusement qu'un locataire nous a expliqué l'astuce. Ce serait utile d'ajouter un ou deux détails qui éviterait ce malentendu. Ceci a engendré une tension que notre hôte a dissipé gentiment.

Όλα ήταν όπως έπρεπε ,καθαρά Το μέτρο πολυ κοντά Άνετα ,ήσυχα, ασφαλές το συνιστώ για όσους θέλουν να μετακινηθούν με τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς είσαι κυριολεκτικά παντού στο Παρίσι μεσα σε 10-30 λεπτα

Très joli appartement très propre et magnifique et chaleureux, lit fait à notre arrivées. Literie très confortable aussi le canapé lit . Nous avons dormie 2 nuits. L'appartement est bien équipé nous avons pu utiliser la machine à laver (lessive à notre disponibilité) et aussi il y a des chaussons qui sont à notre disposition.Il y a un parking sécurisé et un gardien. Même si vous arriver plus tard vous avez bien toutes les informations pour récupérer les clés par son propriétaire par messages. Et bouche de métro à 2 pas pour aller sur Paris. Très bonne adresse je vous la recommande

La propreté ainsi que l'équipement très complet. Le calme. L'espace de l'apartement, c'est très reposant ainsi que la sécurité pour accéder au logement.

Manque housse de couette dommage un peu inconfortable de dormir directement dans protection. La seule chose à redire. Autrement appart. Très sympa.

Totalmente equipado en la cocina, hasta con cafetera. Eramos 3 personas y dormimos todos muy cómodos. El sillón cama, cómodo. Esta el metro cruzado la calle, ideal para moverse en Paris. Todo muy limpio, tiene lavadora dentro del departamento.

In Paris wie zuhause - die perfekte Wohnung für einen Paris Städtetrip!

Die Lage war perfekt um Paris zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und da wir mit einem Mini unterwegs waren, war es für uns ideal (Achtung die Parkgarage ist ein wenig eng - so wie alle Parkmöglichkeiten in Paris :)). Die Metro und der Zug sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und die Linien fahren die wichtigsten Ziele fast direkt an. Die Beschreibungen waren klar und der Check in somit sehr einfach. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und ist größer als die meisten Ferienwohnungen in Paris und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort wirklich wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber verdient ein besonderes Lob! Die Kommunikation war perfekt und er hat sogar eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung im Vorfeld möglich gemacht. Wir können diese Wohnung und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sie bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris definitiv wieder buchen!
