David is very helpful and available whenever you need him. I didn’t have anything to complain about. The property was clean, spacious, and convenient, just a 3-4 minute walk to the bus stops for buses number 58 and 89, which connect you to the Paris city center. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the metro station. If you enjoy walking it takes about an hour to walk to the Eiffel Tower from the property. I don’t want to pay a higher price just for being in the center of Paris. There are convenient stores, restaurants near by just 5-6 minutes walk. I and my husband stayed 7 nights and enjoyed. If we visit Paris again definitely we prefer to stay there.

Welcoming, really comfortable, and a nice place close to Paris Expo. The apartments are equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. It also clean, fresh, quiet, and looks good. The host let me check in an hour earlier, but be aware of 4pm check-in time.

WiFi was a bit slow. I recommend more comfortable mattresses. This one is OK, but a bit too hard for a light weight person. Thanks for small pillows!

Chambre spacieuse, quartier calme et paisible.

Aucun personnel croisé lors de notre séjour. On aurait bien aimé pour demander de vider nos poubelles car poubelles minuscules alors qu il y a une cuisine… Il n y a pas de volets et les rideaux occultants sont trop loin de la vitre donc vous êtes réveillés très tôt par la clarté du jour.
