Good

Spacious room and walkable towards transit. Very comfortable for my stay.

Was confronted by the owner on my way out. He did not introduce himself-he immediately requested that I pay him, which I later learned was the city tax he was asking for. If this had been explained to me during that interaction, there would have been no issue…but I had no idea who was approaching me outside on the street asking for money. A bit strange. He then incessantly texted me throughout the day, even after I had explained to him that it would be done once I reached my destination, as I was in a rush. A bit annoying. This didn’t ruin my experience but definitely left a sour taste in my mouth after a great stay.

Excellent accomodation with good facilities within easy reach from the centre of Paris

Excellent accommodation within walking distance of transport to the centre of Paris. Room was a good size with excellent kitchen facilities and a good size bathroom. The area was quiet and familty friendly with plenty of places around to eat and a supermarket and bakery also available. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay there. The neighborhood is very peaceful although you need to take into account that you’re going to have to walk 15 minutes to get to the metro station. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated.

The code to the door was quite long and hard to remember but we managed and we didn’t see it as a big issue. The apartment was quite small and there wasn’t much space to open a suitcase - an easy solution would be providing more hangers in the closet so that guests can actually unpack their clothes. Checkout time provided on booking.com is until 10:30, yet at 9:45 there was already a person who was assigned to clean our apartment standing at our door. We told him that we still need to pack our things and he came back at 10:07 asking us if we were ready to leave (he didn’t speak english so it was hard to explain that we thought that we had time until 10:30). I absolutely understand that he was just doing his job but if the checkout time stated on booking.com is wrong it should be corrected as it leads to miscommunication and dissatisfaction of guests.

Excellent - highly recommended

A lovely apartment. It was a good size - what you’d expect of a hotel room. Tastefully decorated with an excellent large shower, fab hair dryer, fluffy towels, great air con, and a coffee machine. The rooftop terrace had good seating and we enjoyed having drinks and dinner there one evening. The heated towel rail was great. It was 5 mins from the bus stop and 15 mins from the metro in a peaceful safe area.

There wasn’t a tea towel or anywhere to put washing up. There wasn’t a full length mirror anywhere. The bed was 2 singles pushed together which wasn’t a problem itself, but they hadn’t put a topper on so there was a crack which was very uncomfortable especially when you woke up in it. The bed was medium-firm which is fine if this is to your taste.

David was great to get back to my queries via email before our stay and met us on arrival as we arrived earlier than the normal check in time. David let us into the apartment before the scheduled time and helped me with my bags. The apartment exceeded my expectations and the area while a little far on the metro into the attractions was beautiful. The fact that the metro was a walk it didn’t bother us as the area was really quaint with a great coffee shop and shops and view of the Eiffel Tower. There were two metro stations around within a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment. We loved our stay and wish to thank David for all his help.

El apartamento es muy grande, luminoso y muy funcional. Está muy bien equipado, todo es muy nuevo, moderno y en perfecto estado. El sofá se convierte en una cama de matrimonio XL, igual de cómoda que la de la habitación dormitorio. Todo el personal que nos atendió fueron muy amables y atentos. Incluso pudimos dejar las maletas después del check-out y recogerlas más tarde sin problemas.

Está un poco apartado de las calles principales, pero es una buena zona y aún volviendo de noche no tuvimos sensación de inseguridad.
