Clean kitchen

Bed was not good. I had a pain on my back. Bath towels were not clean enough. It had a little bad smell ant slightly wet. Not good sunlight.

It was a nice and clean apartment, perfect for a short stay.

I love the location where the flat was situated.

We did not like the stairs. It was a hassle to get the suitcases up to the flat. However, when we were checking out there was a lovely cleaner that helped us to take the suitcases down. We really appreciate that gesture.

Communication issues, limited soundproofing, and steep stair access would prevent me from staying here again

The apartment is well located and generally comfortable. Guests should also be aware that the apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase to the fourth level, with multiple flights of steep steps, which may be challenging for some, especially with luggage.

the stay had several issues. On arrival, the bathroom mirror was broken and this was not disclosed in advance. We were told it would be fixed the following morning, but it was not repaired until after 5 pm on the second day of a three-night stay. The initial response was to suggest cancelling the booking rather than offering a partial refund. A small €20 refund was eventually applied, which did not feel proportionate to the inconvenience. Communication and handling of the issue were disappointing. The focus initially appeared to be on avoiding cancellation rather than resolving the problem promptly. The only consistently helpful interaction was with the cleaner once the repair was arranged. Soundproofing between apartments appears limited, and we were woken during the night on more than one occasion by noise from a neighboring unit.

Cosy apartment, very clean and bright and very nicely furnished. Great modern bathroom. Excellent modern, fully equipped, kitchen with washing machine. In a quiet street near shops, restaurants and the metro.

Great price + superb location

Good WiFi, superb safe location, easy access to landmarks with the street itself being quiet. I used 2 different metro stations, one is super close, the other one 5 min walk. There’s a supermarket close by. Also a very nice Le Bon Marches 5 min walk :) The room is perfect for solo travelers, max a pair. It’s small but well-designed, like someone mentioned in the reviews. Yeah and prepare yourself for narrow staircase and go for it if you’re in good physical condition, but property is telling you about that.

Due to it being an old and working-class building the soundproof is bad. I don’t watch television but could hear my neighbors’ kids and their cartoons because the wall is very narrow. The managers reacted quickly and solved the situation. It’s okay if you like me are out of the apartment for most of the day, but if you plan to do business/have romantic nights etc you should keep that in mind :) Also the coffee machine didn’t work.

Great location if you do not mind climbing 5 flights of stairs on daily basis. The stairs are wooden and spiral. Other than that all was well

En la descripción y confirmación de reserva pone claramente que hay una cama, pero no la hay, solo hay un sofá cama incomodísimo. El trato del personal espantoso, chillando, sin ofrecer solución, dando largas diciendo que lo mirarán, pero pasan los días y nada. En el precio se incluye 100 € de limpieza, pero todo estaba lleno de polvo y el suelo sucio. Techos descamados, moho en la ducha, y los utensilios de la cocina como si fueran restos, sin que hayan repuesto lo que falta.

Super Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage und war gut mit der Metro zu erreichen, viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäcker waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber und der Check-in waren prima.

Excepcional!

El studio está decorado hermoso, con muebles de calidad. El sofá cama es muy cómodo y está muy bien equipado. Había todo tipo de té, café y lo que se necesita a diario en un baño, como cualquier hotel de calidad. El anfitrión estuvo atento todos los días a que yo estuviera bien y no me faltar nada. Lo super recomiendo! Me volvería a quedar 1000 veces mas!
