המיקום של הדירה מושלם, שכונה מצויינת קרוב לכל דבר . ממש ממש שקט בלילה וממש בטוח. מסעדות מצויינות. הדירה נקייה
הדירה שקיבלנו הייתה בקומה הרביעית ללא מעלית. לא ראיתי את זה במהלך ההזמנה ( אולי זה היה רשום אבל אני לא בטוח. ) הדירה הייתה ללא מזגן . לקחנו את הדירה לשבוע הימים. לדעתי כדאי למארח להכניס במחיר הזה גם החלפת מגבות וניקויון במידה ומשהו מזמין כל כך הרבה ימים ולא לבקש 10 יורו על החלפת מגבת.
