Another Attractive Flat near by St-Germain, St-Placide

Общение с хозяином великолепно, квартира супер, магазин и пекарня поблизости, достопримечательности не далеко.

Не скажу, что это не понравилось, но кондиционера немного не хватало.

Great location close to everything and just a short stroll to Le Bon Marche shopping emporium. Very quiet and close to metro and bus.

No tv or radio. Bed not good for taller people. No running hot water in kitchen.

Everything was as described - Host was extremely helpful with follow up answers to questions I posed relating to Metro etc

Nothing to dislike

Clean, comfortable flat in a convenient and safe location, close to almost all of Paris’ main attractions and shopping areas. Most places are within 2–3 km, so you can easily explore the city without relying on taxis or the metro. There is also a great variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and metro stations just a short walk away. Fan, the landlady, was exceptionally courteous, kind, and always willing to assist with any request we had. The apartment features a lovely balcony where you can sit and relax, a fully equipped kitchen, and a practical, comfortable bathroom. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, even for extended stays. Overall, we would gladly stay there again on our next visit to Paris, preferably during a cooler season.

The only downside during our stay was that Paris happened to experience one of the warmest May periods in recent history. A portable air conditioner, or even an additional fan, would have made a big difference and greatly improved our sleep quality. A bit more lighting in the living room, ideally a ceiling light, would also make the space feel even more comfortable and welcoming, but that’s a personal preference.
