-Please follow all rules on the Pool Safety Sign
-No tampering with security cameras, thermostat sensors, pool system
-No tampering with communication or WIFI systems
-Pets have to be walked outside the community (HOA RULE)
-Dogs welcome, but NOT on the furniture or in the pool, and please pick up pet waste (a $100 clean-up fee will be charged for any violations)
-Please DO NOT move furniture or decorations around
