-Heated pool and hot tub walking distance, overlooking a relaxing pond.

Nicely renovated condo in the Pavillions area at Gainey Ranch. Comfortable condo with great decorating touches. The condo is on the second floor and overlooks Scottsdale Road so the noise level from car traffic is constantly quite high on the west patio next to the kitchen. The adjoining neighbour is an early morning riser and opens and shuts his garage door very early in the morning - the master bedroom is located directly above this garage and the sound from the neighbour’s garage door is very noticeable. Smoke fumes regularly migrate from an neighbouring unit into the condominium (in particular in the master bedroom ensuite) through the ventilation system.
