Steps away from Lake Marguerite, it leads you to some of Scottsdale's best restaurants and coffee shops, all within walking distance. With two primary suites featuring en suite bathrooms and a downstairs powder room, you'll enjoy ample space and privacy. The spacious great room is light and bright, and there's also a one-car garage and private patio for your enjoyment.
