About this apartment rental

Enjoy this comfortable and well-equipped condo that is conveniently situated near the intersection of Shea & Tatum, which has shopping centers with Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Fry's Marketplace and plenty of local restaurants. You'll also be close to fantastic golf courses, hiking trails (Camelback Mountain & Piestewa Mountains Preserve), 10 minutes away from more dining and shopping at the Kierland Commons & Scottsdale.

This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo is in the luxury Bella Terra condominium community. It has vaulted ceilings, new designer paint, and ceiling fans. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and maple cabinet space. The large master bedroom has a full bathroom with an extended single-sink vanity and a spacious walk-in closet.
