This townhome has two bedroom and two master bathrooms with large office. Gainey Ranch Clubhouse access. If you need to have an office at home this unit allows you to have that area where you can get away. Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms make it very comfortable. Two-car garage and two decks overlooking small lake with two fountains. Golf club is five minutes away. Few miles away to the baseball park, Old Scottsdale and Fashion Mall. Gainey Ranch is a quiet and well maintained community. Located near restaurants and shops within walking distance. More within a short drive. Condo was clean and spacious. Peaceful on patio with fountains. W/D on 2nd floor of condo so not one floor living. Glen was a gracious and responsive host. Thank you for sharing your property. Would return.

A great property for our summer golf trip. The area is very quiet and the apartment all we could ask for. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a very enjoyable stay.
