About this house rental
Enjoy our beautiful 1st-floor condo in the exclusive lakefront Palm Cove community in McCormick Ranch! With comfort in mind, no detail was overlooked. The kitchen, living, dining areas and 2+1 bedrooms w/4 beds are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. From your private patio, tranquil sunrises & sunsets over Marguerite Lake await you. Take a 3-minute lakefront stroll to over a dozen restaurants & many specialty shops. Miles of walking paths are just outside your door. Community pool + hot tub.
Located only 15-miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, our condo is in the heart of McCormick Ranch -- a charming, village-like area with a wealth of shopping and dining options. Walk to an elegant dining and shopping area with over a dozen restaurants and coffee shops in addition to a bike rental shop, day spas and other specialty retailers. Our condo is just across the street from the community’s private pool and hot tub.
Everything you need is within a few miles – a dozen public golf courses, grocery stores, historic Old Town Scottsdale and the famous Fashion Square shops, gyms, spas, dozens of hiking trails, casinos, restaurants, museums, professional baseball / golf / football / soccer / hockey, and so much more. Major roadways are nearby to facilitate your day trips to interesting places like Cave Creek, Goldfield Ghost & Mining Town, Lake Pleasant, Sedona, Tucson or even the Grand Canyon for the ambitious day tripper!
The condo features two ‘plus one’ private bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed and bathroom ensuite. The second full bathroom is adjacent to the guest room furnished with a Queen bed and Twin bed trundle for added space and comfort. The ‘plus one’ bedroom is the office den with a pull-out Queen bed. The kitchen has been fully stocked with all cooking essentials and there is a large washer & dryer. Covered parking for a small car is available in the detached one-car garage; one additional car will fit on your private driveway. There are two patios – a private one off of the master bedroom and another facing beautiful Marguerite Lake.
You'll have access to the entire condo and amenities in the community.
Affluent, residential McCormick Ranch is a charming, village-like area with a wealth of shopping and dining options. Seville Shopping Center offers salons, boutiques and jewelry and decor shops, plus a wine bar and restaurants serving steak, tacos and more. Bakeries, breakfast spots and modern American eateries line Hayden Road. The lush, manicured McCormick Ranch Golf Club features several lakes and mountain views.

Property was excellent. Even with hot weather we sat out morning and evening and watched the birds and people walking by on Lake Marguerite. We were in walking distance of excellent restaurants and walked every morning when it was cooler. The owner and property manager were both responsive and cooperative. Highly recommend this rental!
