We had a enjoyable stay. The beds are comfortable and the owner was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. My wife thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the pool most days and both balconies are were setup well with comfortable furniture. All of the systems worked well and I would definitely stay again.

Rich was a gracious host who assisted and accomodated us with whatever we needed. He purchased snacks and juice boxes for our children. The property was well taken care of, clean, with a vast amount of cooking and cleaning supplies. The appliances were clean and farely new. The condo is spacous with walk in closets. Overall our family enjoyed there stay.

We had an amazing stay at the property. Very central to everything in Scottsdale and North Scottsdale. Very near Phoenix as well. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Complex is nice and residents are friendly. Rich was very attentive. Overall great experience for our first long-term stay in the area.
