We are from Scottsdale, so we knew exactly the area we wanted to stay for Spring Break. Only a few little things that could have been better: 1. The refrigerator had condiments and drinks that were left from prior visits (relish, ketchup, sauces, beer and malt beverages - and there was food in the freezer), the fridge was also dirty and had sticky fingerprints on the inside of the door, which was gross. 2. There is a GIANT 'butler' style statue at the front door, which is a little off-putting, especially when entering the unit late at night, or seeing it in the dark...the Butler held a tray which had the three pages of "instructions" left for us...we eventually saw that it mentioned the camera on top of the desk hutch, which we didn't know about until we read the three-pages of information/instructions. (I feel that this should be mentioned in the check-in instructions, so you're not weirded out when you see a camera facing the living areas). But there is a straw hat you are encouraged to place over the camera if you don't want to be "watched". WEIRD3. There were dirty towels already in the laundry hamper in the primary bathroom, which is also gross. 4. We left the unit (for our departing flight) at 3:10am and TRIED to empty our trash, but the keys left (inside the closet) did not work and we were unable to unlock the gate to access the dumpster...The stay was great, the unit is nice and convenient. Just a couple little oddities....

3 of us decided to escape the cold in Cincy, although it was 80s there and 50s in AZ, and catch a couple baseball games. Our accommodations were perfect. The beds were so comfy and the condo was very spacious and spotless. It was very easy to hop on the walking/bike trail or hit upa good restaurant. We’d definitely stay here again.

The condo was extremely clean. It had all of the necessities that anyone would want in a VRBO. The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The comforters and pillows were exquisite. The location was perfect. You could walk on the pathways for miles without being near a car. The pool was clean and delightful. The proximity of a golf course was perfect along with its restaurant which was excellent. You could walk to it without an issue. Communication between the host was perfect and immediate. The office with a printer was very convenient. The outdoor space was enjoyable. Pots and plans were plentiful. Things were organized perfectly. The hosts thought that they of everything. TVs in each room were perfect. There isn’t anything that wasn’t wonderful about this VRBO.The condo was quiet. Parking was perfect. The fact that it was gated made it very safe and the people we met there all seemed very nice all in all. It was a wonderful month that we spent there.

We enjoyed our stay in Grant and Cindy’s rental property. Very well stocked - plus the best water pressure ever! Any needs/concerns were addressed promptly by the owners. Entrance into the facility was quick and easy. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

The condo is well maintained and has the best stocked kitchen of all the places we have stayed. The location is wonderful, with access to the Scottsdale trail network, the railroad park, and nearby shops and restaurants. Wildflower Bakery is excellent. Having the chargepoint car charger very nearby was an added plus for us.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location , close to the 101 and a short drive to oldtown Scottsdale. It is also really close to Silverado golf course and the walking, biking trails. The TVs are large and numerous, the kitchen well stocked. Excellent property. Thanks Cindy!! We will be back!

Generally we were all satisfied. There are a few things requiring maintenance. Low water pressure in front bathroom. Door is hard to close. Bed in master squeaks loudly. Towels could be replaced. Nothing would prevent us from renting again.

We had a great 3-week stay March 5-26th in this beautiful condo. We enjoyed everything—location, weather, and the condo—all made our stay so enjoyable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of paper products, computer desk for zoom meetings, and all of the extras Cindy and Grant included to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect—we could walk out the condo door and pick up the hiking/biking trails that go all over Scottsdale, or walk down to the Silverado golf clubhouse for happy hour and food on the deck. It was close to Old Town Scottsdale, an easy drive to the airport and spring training games, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Thank you to Cindy and Grant for being so gracious and always promptly responsive. We highly recommend this rental!

Location was great. The homeowners were extremely easy to communicate with (even though they were away on their own vacation!) The heated pool and hot tub are a major plus. And we loved that we could walk about 1 block to the Silverado Golf Club!

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving. The location was perfect and allowed easy access to the Greenbelt and many restaurants and activities in Scottsdale. Cindy and Grant were quick to communicate and their fabulous condo has everything you need. It’s updated with a lovely patio and Silverado clubhouse in walking distance. We definitely stay here again on our next Scottsdale adventure.

4 of us came down for a week of golfing in Scottsdale. This unit was perfect for us. Really close to Silverado golf course and the biking trails. A short drive to oldtown Scottsdale and close to an Albertsons for groceries. The unit was well stocked with spices and all kitchen items. We enjoyed the complex’s pool which was clean and very close. The instructions on how to operate everything were handy and easy to understand. Great spot!! Definitely a place we would come back to.

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs. I would say that Cindy and Grant were the most attentive owners we have had. They did all of the little things right including kitchen amenities, having some alcohol, cooking supplies, coffee and tea available on arrival, and having high-quality audio/visual in every room. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. The master had excellent facilities and closet/drawer space. The patio was comfortable and had ample room for 4-6 people to have a nice dinner. The large supply of towels were of high quality. All of these things added up to a very comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better for us. The paths allow you to walk straight out the door to pretty much anywhere you want in the area. Groceries and restaurants were within easy walking distance. We found many places that we really enjoyed. We followed the recommendations left by the owner. By the way, the instructions for everything were amazing. We enjoyed the use of the community pool and hot tub. Both were never crowded and of very good quality. One downside were the community grills that appeared to be 20 years old and not in good working order. This location is close to art, shops, many golf courses, hiking trails, local tourist spots. I would highly recommend it.
