1. First things, first! - All bookings require a security deposit of $200, which will be charged at the time of booking. We reserve the right to keep this deposit to cover any incidental damages during your stay. No damages? We will return the security deposit within seven (7) days of checkout.
2. Is your name on our list? If more guests are staying than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.
3. Change of plans? If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you.
4. Play safe! When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, or accidents that occur and any amenity spaces.
5. Mind the neighbors, please! Parties or excessive noise is not allowed - misbehavior costs $500.
6. Enjoy the fresh air! Feel free to smoke outside on the patio, but do not smoke indoors - leaving behind a smoky smell costs $500.
7. Humans on vacation. We know you love your fuzzy friends, but our place is just for human use only - break this rule and we’ll have to charge you $500.
8. This home comes stocked with living essentials, but we do not provide cleaning services.
9. Let’s shake on it. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all the above House Rules.

This patio home had a great location to a wonderful walking trail around the golf course. It was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Judy was very accommodating and easy to work with. The pool and hot tub were a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Judy was very easy and accomodating, she went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her neighbors were also very nice and pleasant.

1. Great Location. Close to old Town and central Scottsdale.
2. Quiet location. Even the pool was private all the days we used it.
3. Condo is very clean. Even has a robo vacuum cleaning the apartment each day.
4. Great barbecue. Used most every night and was clean and operated nicely.
5. Judy is a good attentive owner, willing to answer and fix any issues.
6. Nicely furnished. Good showers.
7. Great wireless internet.
8. Cable tv.

Close to everything in Central Scottsdale yet away from the busyness of Scottsdale Road and Hayden Road sits a quiet condo complex. Judy’s place was perfect for my six-week stay. It sits a few hundred feet away from both the canal and the Greenbelt for biking and walking. It’s also only a mile from the 101 and easy access to the rest of the Phoenix metropolitan area. In addition to the perfect location, Judy’s condo was furnished with all the items necessary for a short or long stay.
