The room smelled of cigarettes upon arrival(I’m a non smoker)i had to wipe the counters and Mop to remove some of the smell

Had to call the Front Desk about the TV. There were no instructions on what channels worked, and no information/guide for the channels.
The guests above us had children who kept running around. Kinda noisy.

The room was clean enough
Well a couple things, the room said it had 2 queen beds I’m like 90% sure they were only full size. The other thing was the smell. The whole place had a bad odor. We even left windows open and it didn’t really help. We had to use a room spray
