Well a couple things, the room said it had 2 queen beds I’m like 90% sure they were only full size. The other thing was the smell. The whole place had a bad odor. We even left windows open and it didn’t really help. We had to use a room spray

Let me begin with the environment! Drug city! Police raiding the halls every morning. The first night our room was 86 degrees!! And I asked for the process of a refund and was told to do it online. My wallet got stolen. The bed broke when my 30lbs toddlers went to lay down.

Adequate for our short 3-day stay, but I won't return to this property.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and offered good space. The location was convenient for local Scottsdale hiking and sightseeing. Ample car parking around the building.

Several Day 1 "fix" requests (needed adequate toilet/tissue paper, TV adjustment) did not get addressed until (our last) Day 3. Promised 10% compensatory discount ultimately not granted. Room is located in a large, multi-story dormitory type building with maybe 100+ units - hallways are dirty with a prevalent smell of dope. There is limited washing machine/dryer access, but on a different floor (bring your quarters).

Had to call the Front Desk about the TV. There were no instructions on what channels worked, and no information/guide for the channels. The guests above us had children who kept running around. Kinda noisy.

It was ok, I definitely wouldn’t go back unless it’s cleaned up.

The building is beautiful from the outside, it has a lot of potential, great location.

It is not clean. when you walk in air is stale and smells. It would help if windows are open. Kitchenette was not as equipped, it had only one coffee mug. our bathroom floor was sticky, and person at the front desk was reluctant to send someone to clean it. The property definitely has potential, but it will take to clean it up.

The general manager was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Much different than Metro Phoenix location. He was amazing with all the guests, Understanding, and cool calm and collected when dealing with problems. He is definitely someone you want to keep around and truthfully he should probably be at the Metro Phoenix location and turn that dump around.

We kept getting locked out of our room and had to keep calling to get a new code, the hallways smelt really bad, and our AC never worked in our room.
