My wife and I just spent a week here. This is a beautiful condo. Furniture & appliances are all of excellent quality. It is very spacious, including the balcony where we spent many hours and ate several meals on. We really liked facing due south. This means you can see both the sunrise & sunset every day (depending on the clouds, of course). It also means you can sit up near the rail if you want direct sun, or sit back away from the rail if you want shade. Because of the sun's path, you have that option all day long. We also spent many hours in the included cabanas on the beach. There were 4 cabanas and fortunately we never had a problem getting one. We ate every meal at the condo. The kitchen is user friendly. Walmart is just 5 minutes away. We had a minor problem with the TV on day one which was my fault. That was the only time we had to contact DeWanna. She responded promptly and very kindly helped us figure out the problem.

The view was incredible, with the cooler weather, the balcony was full of sunshine and warmth; lots of space to sit and enjoy - sunrises were beautiful with a copy of coffee. Condo was very clean and well stocked with lots of room for all six of us. Pool area was very nice, shuffleboard and corn holes out by the pool. Grills and table area was very clean, we did not use, but seen others enjoy. Close to various types of restaurants and not far from the Harborwalk (New Year's Eve firework shows, ball drop and two live stages was perfect to have close by). Neighbors were all friendly. Easy private access to the beach. The host was very responsive before, during and after. Would highly recommend for couples and families with children.
