This fully remodeled condo provides guests an upscale, amenity-filled resort experience with sweeping views of the beach, gulf and harbor along the Destin coastline. A short boardwalk stroll will have you on the beach in under 3 minutes. Enjoy the laid back atmosphere in our spacious home as you view stunning sunsets each evening on the private balcony. All Pelican Beach amenities are available to our guests. This is the perfect place for a family adventure, girl's trip or a couple's retreat.
Guests are greeted to the unit by an open concept living area with double doors that open to gulf views to the south and west. The living room with custom designed furnishings, features loads of seating, a sleeper sofa, Smart TV/BluRay player, movie collection & a selection of great beach reads. The dining area offers seating for six & additional seating for three along the counter. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare a gourmet meal, beach side picnic or anything in between - appliances are brand new & granite counter tops add the finishing touch.
Off of the living area lies the unit’s Primary Suite with a king size bed, a Smart TV/bluray player, an ensuite vanity/bathroom and access to the private balcony. Two additional bedrooms feature a queen bed with attached bathroom and a third spacious room with 2 twin beds - both rooms have tons of storage and flat screen tv/bluray players. The large balcony, running the width of the unit, provides seating for al fresco dining or a sunset cocktail, views extend as far as the Destin Bridge.
Weathered beach wood tile floors add a fresh look to the entire condo and a washer/dryer completes the list of everything you need during your stay. The Terrace also has a private pool, a deck complete with gas grills, and a large workout room on site. Guests have full access to the community amenities at Pelican Beach Resort (Café, 3 pools, steam/sauna room, hot tub, arcade & Tiki Bar). Another great perk is the dedicated, covered parking space that each guest will enjoy just steps from the elevator - perfect for keeping your car cool on those hot summer days!

We had a great time and property was great. Would definitely stay again. Only thing that would have made better was another mirror as we had 5 girls in our group and getting ready to go out was little hectic

Communication was really good. Sandy was always very polite and responsive. The condo is adorable, so comfortable and clean. It really accommodated us very well. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 little kids. It had some toiletries, a lot of towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, dish soap, a few toilet paper rolls, paper towel and 2 dishwasher pods, which I didn’t like how they wash at all so I bought some better ones. Washer and dryer worked well. I did wish they had a dish sponge available as well and maybe some all purpose cleaner. The king bed is very noisy. It makes loud crack sounds every time someone moves. Just something to be aware of. Overall the beds were comfortable. Rooms had plenty of storage space. The walk to the beach was really easy and it took 5min. Even my elderly MIL was able to do it fine. There’s showers and hoses near the beach. The pools are great. We went to all 3 of them but the one under the unit is less crowded and it has shade all morning. The other 2 pools are shaded in the afternoon but very busy. The water park across the street is very busy most of the days but we went on a Monday cloudy day and it was great. A lot of fun. It’s very pricey though. They allow re-entry so it was easy to get out, go back home to eat and come back. We walked to the water park, is that close. Is very easy to walk to the little shops near the building. Overall a great experience. We would totally come back.
