Your dream beach getaway awaits on the Gulf of America and the panhandle of Florida! This unit allows Snowbird Friendly Rates from December to February. Renovated in 2023, this lovely resort is mere steps away from the sand and surf, so spend your days on the water either lounging, collecting shells, or renting water equipment like paddleboards and surfboards. Make sure to keep an eye out for any dolphins swimming by to say hello! An array of amenities is provided to keep you entertained, including pools, a hot tub, a sauna, & world-class tennis courts.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony with spectacular ocean views. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Clean and well equipped! Great view!

Great location, wonderful view overlooking the lake. The home is comfortable, beach is close. Check in process was smooth and the guard's at the gate were nice, felt very much welcome there. A bit of a detractor, the dishwasher does not seem to work correctly as there were hard food particles on the silverware and some left over light oil/grease on some of the dishes, so we rewashed everything we used by hand. Otherwise all appliances worked fine.

The apartment was very clean. Everything works well. My family had a very good time. Location is convenient and close to the beach.
