Even one in the shade if you’ve gotten a little too much sun. There’s a FREE tram that runs to the beachfront building from 8am-6pm. You’ll find the elevators take you quickly to our unit too! Plus, the location is perfect because you are close to everything Destin has to offer, from outlet shopping, to waterparks, to great restaurants and more.
.You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

The location is good. The condo was nice. We had an awesome view of the fireworks for the 4th of July. Easy access to the beach. The beds weren't the most comfortable. There was an issue with the plumbing, but maintenance did come out. There was broken bottles in the parking lot and it caused us to get a flat tire. No other issues.

The condo was clean and had great amenities provided. It also had updated decor, which was a nice surprise when our family walked in. Our kids loved the whole space as well.

The property was nice. Very clean. Handle in the one shower kept coming off. I text the number that was given for any issues upon check in. Didn’t get a reply. Also had a lot of communication issues with the property manager before our arrival.
