The condo was lovely. It had plenty of room for my family including three grandchildren. We loved the view and wraparound deck. Very pretty sunsets and sunrises too.
The Terrace building is set back a bit from the gulf, but easy access to the beach. The kids loved the Terrace building pool. It was lovely, heated, and the used it morning, afternoon, and evening.
The only drawback to the property is beach access. All the surrounding properties are segregated as private property and a lot of people stay at the Pelican Resort. But the beautiful sand and the lovely water do make up for it, especially if you just want to play in the water and the sand. But the beach setup for rental, or private setup is less than ideal.
