    A Good First Impression, but a Disappointing Experience At first impression, the hotel seems nice and enjoys a convenient location close to restaurants, cafés, and a hospital. The surrounding area is also pleasant for walking, which is definitely one of the hotel’s advantages. However, there were several downsides during our stay. The hotel was noisy at night due to traffic, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Another major issue was the presence of ants throughout the hotel room. We submitted complaints twice and were told that the problem would be addressed or that our room would be changed. Unfortunately, no action was taken, and our complaints were not properly addressed. The rooms are also quite small, regardless of the room category booked. We specifically selected a slightly more spacious room, but the reception staff informed us that all rooms were the same size. Overall, the hotel has a good location and is conveniently situated near essential services, restaurants, and cafés. However, the lack of response to guest complaints, the ant problem, nighttime noise, and the small room sizes negatively affected our stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to cleanliness, guest comfort, and customer service.

    Very nice room and hotel. Amenities are top notch and the room is clean, spacious and modern. Nice modern gym and rooftop for breakfast.

    I stayed at this “5 star” hotel and found out that I cannot take a shower normally because water would be consistently switching between warm then super cold then super hot then warm again. Additionally my bathroom had empty hand soap and shampoo bottles. I tried to talk to hotel staff about shower issues but instead of relocating me to another room immediately they suggested me to go to a better room to take a shower there and come back to mine (which in my opinion is really weird), also they sent me a handyman who did nothing with my shower and just kept insisting that I did not setup the water temp correctly (assuming, I am an idiot). Eventually I needed to hold his hand under the water stream so he could admit there was a problem. They relocated me finally to another room but unfortunately the issue was still present even tho it was another floor. I would guess it’s water pump or water heater issue across the entire building and they just don’t fix it. I don’t believe it’s acceptable for 5 star hotel - issues with shower, staff behavior and poor preparation of the room
