    The best hotel I've stayed in Moroccan, which is a country otherwise terrible in hotel standard. Everything works and the room was clean and comfortable, except the mattress, which is on the hard side. If I ever come back to Casablanca (which is unlikely as Morocco is overrated), I'd stay here again and recommend my friends this.

    Very nice hotel with a great rooftop. The staff is amazing. We enjoyed the Bliss rooftop à lot and the food was great. Nice place to go

    We stayed for two night, the hotel knew it was our birthdays and they brought a cake to us which was very nice gesture.

    The hotel was okay. The staff that helps you carry your luggage is very friendly and welcoming. Most of the ladies at the front had long faces, and most weren't welcoming except for one. The blow dryer didn't work. The iron had black mineral build up that would have stained my light linen clothes if I hadn't checked. The shower is lifted so water overflows out into the rest of the bathroom. I asked for a high level two bed room and got a low level with king bed room, which was switched to a twin room on the same level. The breakfast was GREAT, excellent 10/10 and the male staff at the Bliss was also 10/10. The lady sat us in a bad area even though there were plenty of good seats but the waiter took us to the more vibrant area by the pool. The view from the room was also not great even though the hotel had plenty of occupancy to provide a room with better view and higher floor. Overall, it was a mixed bag. Some good and some disappointment.
