From the first day of my arrival, the staff were more than accommodating. I was treated with the utmost respect and actually had one of the English speaking staff accompany me to Marrakech. It was fun for me learning French and Arabic. There’s a small restaurant attached to the hotel and a spa also. I’d stay again as my room was more than ample and the staff were the coolest speaking French. Of course they speak English and Arabic.

The concierge at check in was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Room was just as the pictures showed. Clean enough to be comfortable. Felt safe. Good location to restaurants and the Hassan II mosque (walkable).

This hotel was nice with generous large room and friendly staff. I only had a small problem checking in since the check-in person had never heard of Orbitz and the reservation was through Expedia services.
