The staff and breakfast was very nice. The rugs need to be replaced, they are filthy, they need to be cleaned. Gives the room a dirty appearance. DIRTY room rugs!!

Very helpful and hospitable staff. Before we even arrived, and through email, staff were very helpful and professional. Their warmth and professionalism stood out at every interaction—whether it was the front desk team greeting me with a smile, and helping me decide my itinerary and how to navigate the city, or the restaurant manager who went gladly offered us complimentary coffee and pastry. Great service from the moment we landed we got picked up and the hotel concierge was really nice. The room was great. Overall I recommend ppl stay here
