    - bed not comfortable at all , mattress give us back pain in shoulders - Rooms are clean and spacious and service is exceptional. - M club lounge is great and worth it - Bathroom lights is deeemed - TV should bring newer versions, but screen are big. - Limited options in room dining service. - Worth the money

    Booked a suite for 5 persons for 3 nights for holidays. Hotel did not provide enough towels, slippers, toiletries, chairs or even glasses for 5 people. One of the nightstand in master bedroom was dangling from the wall and would fall down anytime. There are two bathrooms in the suite. One bathroom door could not be locked, the other bathroom door could not be even closed, like the door frame did not belong to that door. Aircon also turned off by itself at night. Asked for a change of suite after the first night (went out during the day on the second day and expected to change to new room in late afternoon), room was not ready and staff was not ready to assist even we had been waiting for an hour after we returned to the hotel at 4pm. After an hour of communication, it turned out the staff we spoke to in the morning had miscommunication with their team, and no new suite had been arranged all this time. It had been a horrendous stay and we did not expect such level of suite and service from Marriott.
