Great location and a lovely apartment. Communication was good before arrival. Nice touch with the bottle of wine. There are a couple of very nice cafe bars right at the entrance.
The stairs to the 4th floor are a challenge , but there was a very clear warning about them pre booking. Not the fault of the apartment , but there was some courtyard noise from embarrassing 'revellers' ; sadly , on weekends at least , this beautiful city is blighted by them.

Location, comfortable beds, well equipped, welcome wine & chocolate, quick response to queries
Nothing - maybe somewhere to hang clothes and a tea towel, but nothing important!!!

I was not offered breakfast ,there was wine bottle which i did not use and i was given 4 bottles of water I used only two bottles.
Better Directions there was antique apartements across the building and they were not very helpful and the facility does not have place to store the luggage my train was at 1800 and the check out time is 10 AM i had to go to train station to store my luggage.
