Mieszkanie zlokalizowane w starej kamienicy na samej starówce Krakowa, przepiękna klatka schodowa z balkonami na półpiętrach na których można usiąść z filiżanką kawy i poobserwować jak to "drzewniej" bywało. Kamienica typu studnia ale bardzo ładnie odrestaurowana, klimatyczna. Apartament na 4 piętrze ( niestety bez windy ale cóż) czysty , dobrze wyposażony łózka wygodne kuchnia wyposażona w kawiarkę przelewową z zapasem kawy . Wszytko co potrzeba aby poczuć klimat Krakowa jest obecne.
Toż żaden przytyk do apartamentu - strefa płatnego parkowania - i jak to w Krakowie płatna 7 dni w tygodniu - koszt dobowego parkowania 120 pln -trochę drogo
