Jacuzzi Apartment Main Square

The location was first class as we were 30 metres from the Square ideally located to see the local sites. Extended tours picked up from this location. Good choice of restaurants and bars. The Jacuzzi was good after extended walking through the day.

We were above a bar and it was sometimes noisy at night. The internet kept dropping off however was fixed during our stay. When working it was OK.

Comfortable, spacious, well designed apartment in an excellent location. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna very much, fairly easy to work out without a manual. The host was very responsive and provided detailed check-in instructions. It was easy to find the property and get in. Luggage storage available. Great bed, aircon, ironing board etc.

The wifi was playing up the first few days, but resolved later.

First of all I want to say the hostess is very nice, welcoming and always available. The apartment is top notch, the bed, couch, shower and jaccuzi are all top quality. The place is very modern and safe with a gate before the door. You have aircon in both rooms. The location can't get any better, you are right outside krakow square. All of this alone is 10/10. I reduce my rating to 7 because there is a bar outside that stays open to 1am weekdays and 3am weekends. There is always people there and they are very loud with music. This is not the fault of the apartment but I think they should invest in soundproof front door to fix the issue. The windows are soundproof I think so its only the door.

The noise from outside

Everything was good. There is a ghost living there.

I didn’t like the bed linen because it was coated with foil, which didn’t let the body breathe and created additional discomfort because I was sweating. Please provide additional instructions how to manage jacuzzi and sauna.
