Jana 3 Apartments

This is a fantastic apartment, that is well equipped, comfortable and quiet. Down a side street off the main square it is centrally located to many bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Perfect!

Nothing specific, it had everything I needed.

The location is exceptional, right in the heart of the old town. The building was lovely and the room was very comfortable. The manager shared clear information early and was very helpful during the stay.

English like this: Although the apartment looked newly renovated, the cleanliness was not satisfactory. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, and the shower curtain was stained. There was also a noticeable moldy smell coming from the bathroom. An extra blanket had been left in the room, but it smelled as though it had already been used. The temperature at night was around 12°C, and it was quite cold. We were told that the heating was turned off, and despite our request, no electric heater was provided. We stayed for four nights and were not given any extra towels. When we asked where to dispose of the kitchen trash, we found that there were not even any spare garbage bags available. The carpets were dusty. The bed was clean and comfortable; however, the covers of the small decorative cushions were dirty, and these cushions had been placed against our pillows. The decorative stove and the top of the cabinet in the room appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time. They were covered in dust. When we checked out, we had several hours before our flight and asked whether we could store our luggage somewhere. The answer was simply no, and no alternative solution was offered. Throughout our stay, the management showed very little interest in guest comfort or satisfaction. This was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences we have had, and we would not stay here again.
