Academia Apartments

Apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is situated in an excellent location, close to the university and about a 5 min walk from the main square. Near to lots of cafés, bars and restaurants. The shower was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and the room has a small kitchenette including dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The bathroom has excellent lighting and mirrors, similarly in the bright, airy room itself. We slept very well due to the quietness - you hear the odd tram going past but we think this adds to the charm.

We thought everything was just great!

It was such a lovely apartment, good location, very clean and close to restaurants and shops. On arrival we had a nice surprise, a bottle of prosecco and a birthday card for my partner in the apartment, much appreciated. I will defo come back again and hopefully this apartment will still be available.

Location is perfect - very quiet by Planty park and just couple of hundred meters from the old square. Appartment is very small but functional with a very big window. Bed was very comfortable.

There is only one sitting place (armchair) and small table, it would be difficult to eat breakfast in the appartment.

Good location. 5 minute walk to the square. Huge windows for people watching. Lovely and warm in winter. Just overall a lovely, safe apartment with all the mod cons you need for daily living.

There’s no tv in the living room which was disappointing. We like to relax late evenings and the tv is in the bedroom so you need to go to bed to watch tv which is inconvenient. The shower was constantly blocked with the water overflowing into the bathroom. We had to use our towels to soak up the water.
