Tyzenhauz Grand Apartaments

Great location for Old Town and Wawel Castle. Spacious and clean apartment with all the required facilities. Great decor. Good and very helpful communication with the host. I would definitely stay again!

The location, the space was huge. I loved the period features. Fabulous place. Host was very attentive we had everything we needed.

The beds are very creaky and could do with replacing, There’s water damage on the ceiling in the living room and kitchen, this didn’t impact our stay in anyway but does need to be sorted. The road and bar outside was also quite noisy but didn’t impact our stay.

Nice location close to everything. Big apartment with a lot of light.

1. There is only 1 bedroom, this apartment should not be listed as an apartment with 2 bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which is not a separate bedroom. In general there is a lot of wasted space in the apartment. 2. The living room is very cold, the heater in the room was crancked up to max, but it did not seem to work properly. 3. There is a big issue with fuse. It is going off at random times, and it takes down wifi, refridgerator, oven and dishwasher all at once. We contacted the venue once it happened, and they sent a technician. The technician only showed us how to switch the fuse back on (it is outside of the apratment high up on the wall), but did not fix the issue. Having to do this multiple times a day is not comfortable at all, and the oven basically cannot be used because the fuse goes off every 2 minutes when you try to cook something in the oven. I contacted the venue again and explained that the issue is persistent, but they did not provide any reimbursement whatsoever. Such a shame, it is a nice apartment but it is not worth the money.
