Check in was very easy and the property actually replied very fast to us. Apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable to me, and noise isolation is good so you don’t hear much from the streets. I agree to one of the comments saying that the ground is squeaky but it doesn’t bother my partner and I. Facilities were complete with dryer etc. And jacuzzi was great.
The body gel and shampoo weren’t tagged so I didn’t know which to use correctly. The sofa didint look clean but we didn’t really use it because we were two.

The apartments are exceptionally well-connected by public transportation.
Great location: right in the center, yet away from the noise and crowds of tourists.
Plenty of space, cozy, and a nice view from the window.
The apartment has everything you need: bedding, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishes, a kettle, a coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, and even coffee and tea.
The owner was excellent at communicating; all information was provided in a timely and comprehensive manner.
The apartment is rather old and could benefit from some renovation: floors that creak terribly, wallpaper that is shabby in places and worst of all - broken window blinds.
The lack of an elevator and the top floor can also be a problem: it didn’t bother us, but I can imagine how difficult it would be to carry a large suitcase or a stroller up the stairs.

The apartment was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, the jacuzzi was old and the balcony was tiny.
