A lovely stay at the Golden Queen apartments, spotlessly clean, very friendly & helpful staff. Apartment is spacious with everything you need, from a washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle. Bathroom is spacious with a lovely shower. Location is excellent, 5 or 6 minute walk to the square, where there are restaurants in abundance, beautiful square with horse & carriages, shops, cafes etc. People are so friendly & helpful.

Once we explored we realised it was a great location. 5/10 min walk to castle/Main Street. Easy to walk to pick up points for trips. Some corner shops/bakery/restaurants that were extremely reasonable nearby. We used the main hotel bar, 2 min walk away for extremely well priced cocktails one night on way back to apartments! Hotel next to our accommodation kept our luggage when we arrived on and day of departure. All very easy.
Only comment from one of our party was the pillow was a bit too squishy. Not a massive thumbs down just an observation.
