Everything was truly perfect: from the communication with the host prior to arrival, through every step of the way. Host was making sure we had everything, without being intrusive and respecting privacy. The accommodations were wonderful: central location, close to everything, yet quiet, comfortable, private. Spacious and clean, with a nicely equipped kitchenette. The hosts have thought of everything: extra towels, toiletries, tea, coffee pods, bottled water. Excellent value for the money. Thank you.

I stayed at Bentis Luxury Apartments for 3 nights with my husband and had a really lovely stay. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to Kraków’s Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), yet the apartment itself was very quiet. We heard no street noise at all overnight.
Check-in was easy. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and were greeted warmly by the hosts, who were very friendly and welcoming.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and we felt very safe. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. We also appreciated the nice extras – milk, water and juice in the fridge on arrival, plus being told we could help ourselves to bottled water from reception. Small touches like slippers, robes, toiletries, shower cap, sewing kit, hair straighteners, hair dryer and shoe horn made it feel very thoughtful.
The kitchen was fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hob, pots, pans and crockery, which made everything easy. Having satellite TV and Netflix included was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast and free.
Honestly, we can’t think of anything negative. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend Bentis Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Kraków.
