La posizione della struttura è eccezionale. Si trova a pochi passi dalla Piazza del Mercato e dal centro storico ed è servita benissimo dal trasporto pubblico attraverso cui raggiungere il resto delle principali sattrazioni della città. La camera che ci è stata assegnata presentava ampi spazi ed era correttamente arredata con quanto necessario. Anche il bagno aveva spazio sufficiente.
La stanza non presenta riscaldamento; nei mesi invernali i più freddolosi potrebbero risentirne. Inoltre, sotto la struttura passa la linea del tram e lo sferragliare si sente anche con le finestre chiuse. Manca uno specchio grande e un phon decente.
