Smoleńsk by Tyzenhauz

Locația excelentă ,( apartament curant , design modern) într-un cartier liniștit , curat foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice

Location is great, the apartment is clean, comfortable, fully equiped, the people were nice.

The wifi was broken and they had no idea. They promised to send someone to fix it but that didn't happen for the 2 nights we booked it. Also there was a persistent seawage odour in the bathroom that spread into the apartment every time we opened the bathroom door.

Lovely apartment on the edge of the old town in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle.

We had trouble with the door lock and had to get a second key.

Around 10 to 12 minutes to the Main Square. Five minutes from the nearest Zabka mini-supermarket. We arrived at 2.30pm and were able to gain entry at that time, though normal check-in is at 4pm. A relief, as the nearest left luggage was around 10 minutes walk. The apartment had arranged airport transfers both ways (which worked perfectly). Our last day pick-up was at midday, when we had to be out by 11am. Again, we were allowed to stay the extra hour until the car picked us up. The apartment is very well equipped. it's was relatively warm during the stay, around 25/26c. The aircon worked perfectly.

A little odd that even though turned off during the night, the aircon would randomly fire up for around 5 mins in my room then turn off again during the night. The noise disturbed my sleep. I think it may be a settings thing and probably easily recified if it's looked at.
