Appartement spacieux, lumineux et climatisé, proche tram V

The location was excellent for what we wanted The apartment was spacious The kitchen was well equipped The welcome toiletries and coffee were appreciated Good supermarket nearby

Pillows need replacing. We were advised the damage deposit would be refunded within 10 days but when I paid it the confirmation said 4 months. I messaged the owner about this but they did not reply! You only receive details of how to enter the property 30 minutes before check in time , as we didn't have access to wifi that was a problem for us. Whilst the apartmemt was clean enough to use it would benefit from a deep clean as fans in bathroom/toilet and the washing machine cupboard were very dirt. There were dirty utensils in the dishwasher when we gained access. Overall there were several small maintenance issues in terms of electrical switches/so ckets , paintwork finish.

Konaklamak için gerekli herşey vardı. Valizinizi alıp gidebilirsiniz. Ev sahibinin iletişimi süperdi. Yürüyerek çoğu yere gidebilirsiniz. Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi bir konaklama oldu.

Evdeki ısıtıcılar biraz yetersiz kalıyor soğuk sevmeyenler için zor olabilir

Appartement clair ,spacieux,propre, fourni en ustensiles de cuisine,facile d’accès.

Le logement est situé a proximité immédiate d’un cabinet dentaire .Seulement une clé d’entrée fournie,ce qui est insuffisant pour 4 personnes mais le plus embêtant est l’absence de clé du local à poubelle ce qui est particulièrement contraignant:il faut descendre à 2 personnes pour tenir la porte,sinon on risque de rester bloquer à l’extérieur. Enfin ,point inacceptable : mis devant le fait accompli est la caution de 400€ qui a été exigée par l’agence le jour de l’arrivée chose qui ne figurait pas dans l’annonce de Booking .A cela s’ajoute des frais pour caution de 9,82€ (frais cachés non remboursés).
