Appartement spacieux, lumineux et climatisé, proche tram V

Pillows need replacing. We were advised the damage deposit would be refunded within 10 days but when I paid it the confirmation said 4 months. I messaged the owner about this but they did not reply! You only receive details of how to enter the property 30 minutes before check in time , as we didn't have access to wifi that was a problem for us. Whilst the apartmemt was clean enough to use it would benefit from a deep clean as fans in bathroom/toilet and the washing machine cupboard were very dirt. There were dirty utensils in the dishwasher when we gained access. Overall there were several small maintenance issues in terms of electrical switches/so ckets , paintwork finish.

Konaklamak için gerekli herşey vardı. Valizinizi alıp gidebilirsiniz. Ev sahibinin iletişimi süperdi. Yürüyerek çoğu yere gidebilirsiniz. Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi bir konaklama oldu.

La posizione. Amo il quartiere e ho apprezzato la vicinanza a tram e bus, al mercato alla chiesa di saint roch.

Ho scelto questa struttura per le foto su booking. Il terrazzo è stato decisivo. Non ho potuto usarlo però per i lavori, è stata una delusione. I muratori erano spesso sul balcone e quindi non ero a mio agio e spesso tenevo le serrande abbassate quindi non è mai stato molto lumineux. Inoltre non ho potuto usare il condizionatore, in piena canicule, perché tutto impacchettato, quindi neabnche climatisé, e anche alla sera era difficile godere del balcone perche tavolino e divanetti erano impacchettati e con le impalcature non era il massimo. Mi spiace essere stata avvisata il giorno stesso del mio arrivo, dopo che avevo versato il deposito e non prima eppure i lavori erano iniziati molto prima. Anche fare la doccia con i muratori che passavano e parlavano sulle impalcature davanti alla piccola finestra non è stata un'esperienza positiva. Per il resto tutto bene, alloggio grande e pulito e nella zona che volevo. Avrebbe potuto essere perfetto. Non lo è stato. Certo i lavori non dipendevano da voi ma avrei apprezzato essere avvisata per tempo.
