Great location. 2-5 minutes walk to tram and Nice railway station. Very peaceful area. There is everything available that you need in an apartment. Christophe, the owner is very friendly and forthcoming to help. The welcome soft drinks, beer and a Champagane shows kindness. The terrace garden at the backyard is wonderful.
The bed is foldable sofa. so the mattress inside is rather soft. For us this wasn’t a problem.

We stayed here as a couple, and the apartment truly exceeded our expectations.
Our host gave us a very warm welcome, showed us around the apartment, explained everything we needed to know, and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of delicious champagne, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The apartment is spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, is the terrace—it is absolutely stunning! We spent every morning and evening there enjoying the atmosphere.
