Дуже гарне розташування. Поруч залізничний вокзал, близько до набережної -пляжу.
Гарна вулиця, вся в квіткових деревах!
Є поруч супермаркети та пекарня з свіжою випічкою (брали кожен день на сніданок).
Важливим фактором є присутність кондиціонеру, маленького дворику.
В кухні було все необхідне, як техніка, так і інструменти і посуд.
Порада -замінити спальне місце в кімнаті, диван вже не дуже добрий для сну.

The host was really attentive and very nice in letting us check in earlier. The bakery next door was amazing! Supermarket was just around the corner and a few restaurants close by. My stay was very comfortable.
A little far if you want to go to the beach area but very close to the train station and the mall strip.

Really loved staying in this fantastic apartment for our time in Nice.
Had everything we needed and met up with the host with ease. Lovely apartment not to far away from the city main sites so location was great
