Upmarket Cape Town City Living with Mountain Views

The location was fine close to shopping stores

I had a problem with the wifi,as a result I was inconvenienced when I was supposed to book my bus ticket. The wifi was blocked to reach the bus ticket website.

The place was self-catering so there was no breakfast. Too many squatters around the area, which made us feel unease.

Facilities are clean and security is visible.

The building itself is modern and very well-located near the Waterfront. The highlight of our stay was definitely the 24-hour security team—they are absolute legends, incredibly professional, and made us feel safe every single day. The apartment has a great layout with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which was exactly what we needed.

Despite the great building, the service was unacceptable. The cleaning was poor (shards of glass were left on the floor after a session), and there were bugs in the apartment. However, the biggest issue was the violation of privacy: a housekeeper entered our apartment without permission or knocking while we were inside, causing a very distressing situation for my friend. To make matters worse, management was dishonest. They denied us an agreed-upon final cleaning and forced an early 10:00 AM check-out claiming "new guests" were arriving, even though the apartment showed as available on Booking.com for that entire day.
